The package arrived wet as some of the glass bottles leaked, however I liked the product so much I ordered it again sooo… There are lots of flavors to choose from and I didn’t taste one that I thought was terrible. Definitely worth a try, your gut will thank you.

I noticed the items failed to deliver due to the shipping carrier. I had to contact Paceline about a update for reshipping or refund since no one sent any updates on my order. They advised the original company who sent the product takes 2-3 days to review Paceline inquiry. I asked for a refund but then Paceline responded saying they can't refund as the original company resent the package but didn't provide a tracking number. Still waiting on my tracking number.... Better to just buy at the store or through the original company so your not working with middle man.

Hey there, really appreciate you reaching out and I promise we've asked Health-Ade several times for an update for the tracking number but they have still yet to respond (given the holiday). This is still top of our mind and once we have a tangible update we'll pass it along. Unfortunately in this instance the issue was on FedEx's end for delivery so we're doing all we can to fix things and really apologize again for the issue! In the meantime (and mentioned on your separate review) we proactively issued the refund out of our own pocket given the less than stellar experience you had so far.
