How do you make Lady Bugs?

We grow Lady Bugs on a proprietary medium. The medium we use is completely vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free.

Why do I need Lady Bugs?

A woman’s microbiome (all the of the good bacteria in your gut that keeps you healthy) is typically dominated by Lactobacilli. As long as your numbers stay high, Lactobacilli are usually able to fight off infections. If you are currently experiencing an infection, we recommend you see a doctor for medical treatment. Lady Bugs is best used as a preventive measure. If you currently have bacterial vaginosis, we recommend consulting your doctor as a treatment of antibiotics may be necessary. Once your infection has cleared, use Lady Bugs to help decrease your chance of a bacterial vaginosis infection recurrence.
