Should you use your Pacepoints on an item and find the same item for the same or lesser price elsewhere BEFORE taxes and shipping, please let us know and we'll:
- Refund you the Pacepoints spent on the item,
- Send you a Marketplace Gift Code for the difference in price, and
- Add another 1000 Pacepoints to your account.
Please read the following to understand what purchases may be eligible for a price match:
- Only purchases made within the past 30 days are eligible for a price match.
- The product(s) must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the same or lower priced source.
- The lower price for the product(s) must be available to the general population (ex: not student, military, or other specific audiences).
- We reserve the right to deny price matches at our sole discretion.
- The Marketplace Gift Code can be used one-time on a future order and expires 30 days from issuance.
- Paceline may in the future restrict its price match policy. Restrictions will be shown at the point of purchase.
How to Request a Price Match
Select the Request a Price Match link below. When prompted for 'what is the reason for writing in' select 'Paceline Price Match', then complete the form.
The form will request details from you such as your Paceline order number, a link to the product(s) showing the same or lower price, as well as a screenshot. Once approved, Pacepoints are typically issued within 5 to 10 business days to your account and the gift code will be issued via email in response to your submission.
