ABOUT PACELINE
About Paceline
Paceline is a premium wellness app that connects the wearables you already use, helps you stay consistent week to week, and unlocks Pacepoints you redeem on partner brands in the Paceline Marketplace.
Healthy living is built through everyday choices—not one perfect workout. Paceline makes those choices visible, measurable, and worth sticking with—including through your Paceline Score.
What Paceline does
Paceline brings three things together:
- App tracking & Paceline Score — Connect supported wearables and health apps so your elevated heart-rate minutes, strength work, steps, and weekly consistency live in one place. Paceline translates that activity into your Paceline Score. Learn more on The Paceline App.
- Pacepoints — Complete activity goals in the app to earn Pacepoints (up to 1,500 per week from elevated heart-rate, strength, steps, and consistency goals).
- Marketplace — Redeem Pacepoints toward curated products from third-party partner brands—recovery, nutrition, gear, and more—in The Marketplace.
What makes Paceline different
Many fitness apps chase intensity or one-off challenges. Paceline is built for consistency: wearable-connected habits, weekly activity you can sustain, a Paceline Score that reflects real-life progress, and recognition that turns into premium wellness rewards—not a cash-payout pitch.
- Consistency over intensity — Long-term health comes from habits repeated, not occasional all-out effort.
- Wearables you already own — Designed to work with Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, and other supported devices and health apps (including Apple Health, Oura, and WHOOP where available).
- Premium wellness Marketplace — Pacepoints redeem on partner brands that support training, recovery, and everyday healthy living—not a generic gift-card-first story.
- Recognition that reinforces habits — When progress is visible and rewarded, healthy routines get easier to keep.
Who uses Paceline
Paceline is for people who show up—runners, cyclists, lifters, walkers, and anyone building a steadier relationship with movement. Members include people who track with wearables, aim for weekly activity goals (including the widely recommended 150 elevated heart-rate minutes), and want their effort to unlock partner wellness products they actually use.
By the numbers (as published on Paceline): 7.3 billion exercise minutes logged by members, 3.6 million rewards claimed, and about 35 extra exercise minutes recorded per week by Paceline members.
Team & origin
Paceline is operated by Tam(squared) Inc. (the legal company name used on the App Store and site when “Paceline” was already taken). Public help docs note the name was inspired by places associated with Paceline’s founder—Tai Tam in Hong Kong and Mount Tamalpais in the Bay Area.
Public company materials identify Joel Lieginger as Paceline’s Founder and CEO. We’re a team focused on one idea: healthy living should feel good, not stressful.
How Paceline works
- Connect your wearable — Link a supported device or health app in the Paceline app.
- Hit weekly goals — Track elevated heart-rate minutes, strength, steps, and consistency toward the goals shown in-app (for example, Establish Your Base at 50 eHR minutes and Complete Your Streak at 150 eHR minutes). Your Paceline Score reflects that consistency over time.
- Earn Pacepoints — Goals unlock Pacepoints you can earn each week.
- Redeem in the Marketplace — Use Pacepoints on partner products—browse The Marketplace, including categories like recovery (e.g. Normatec 3 Legs, Hypervolt 3) and nutrition.
Download the Paceline app (iOS & Android) to connect your wearable and start building a weekly habit streak.
