How will I feel?
The calming effects from the l-theanine, lemon balm, and ashwagandha occur within 30-60 minutes. Every body is different. Some people will notice calming effects after a few sips, some people will notice after a can or two.
These will not put you to sleep. You’ll feel relaxed, but still alert. Drinking one about an hour before bed can help you fall asleep faster and sleep deeper.
