Ring AIR

• A sizing kit will be shipped to you: To determine your ideal Ring AIR size, wear the sizing rings overnight from the Ring sizing kit and select the most comfortable fit from sizes 5 to 14.
• Lock in your size: Download the free Ultrahuman app + scan the code included with the sizing kit to submit your ring size. 
• No subscription fees: There are no recurring subscription fees for accessing your data. Ring AIR is available for a simple, one-time purchase, paid upfront. This purchase gives you lifelong access to both the ring and your personal data.
• Sleep Index is derived to help you understand the various sleep stages such as Deep sleep, REM sleep, Light sleep and being Awake. During different stages of sleep, different metabolic processes of the body occur for growth, repair, restoration, and maintenance.
• Movement Index is designed to help you move across the day enabling better metabolism and cardiovascular functioning. Track your steps, calories, metabolic equivalents (METs) and more
• Recovery Score provides insights into various signals your body sends throughout the day, enabling a deeper comprehension of its needs. It is derived from a blend of key metrics, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Heart Rate, and Skin Temperature, interpreting the signals your body sends and enabling you to monitor your overall well-being.
• Menstrual cycle tracking provides personalized insights to women into each phase of their menstrual cycle, correlating it with different biomarkers. It allows women to understand how each menstrual phase affects their resting heart rate, heart rate variability, and temperature.

Please note, while workout tracking is in beta at this time, the device only syncs to Paceline via the Apple Health app. We are working towards integrating the device with the Paceline app directly but have no ETA just yet. 

That said, the Ultrahuman app itself is fully featured, free, and provides great insights today.

Note: We do not currently accept FSA or HSA cards on the Paceline Marketplace, however, you can now submit your receipt for the Ultrahuman Ring AIR to your plan for reimbursement based on its current guidelines. Please use a credit card or debit card during checkout on the Paceline Marketplace and then use your emailed receipt for submission via your health insurance carrier. The Ring AIR is certified by SIGIS for FSA/HSA reimbursement (details). 

In general, devices for medical use may be reimbursed from your spending account if the device is for “diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease, or payments for treatments affecting any structure or function of the body.” Some items may be reimbursed from your spending account only if recommended by a physician or provider.
